چکیده

Furaltadone (FLD) is an antibiotic drug that widely treated for coccidiosis, intestinal infection, and turkey blackhead. Moreover, excessive use of FLD may have some negative consequences humans domestic animals. Therefore, practical, sensitive, selective, facile detection still needed. In this exploration, a Eu2(WO4)3-nanoparticles-modified screen-printed carbon electrode was developed the low-level FLD. Hydrothermal techniques were used effectively to prepare Eu2(WO4)3 complex. Scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction investigations confirm Eu2(WO4)3. The results revealed well formed, crystalline, uniformly distributed. Furthermore, electrochemical behavior SPCE/Eu2(WO4) examined by differential pulse voltammetry cyclic studies. demonstrated improved electrocatalytic activity in with limit 97 µM (S/N = 3), linear range 10 nM 300 µM, sensitivity 2.1335 µA µM−1 cm−2. detected presence 500-fold excess concentrations other interfering pollutant ions. practical feasibility tested on different medicines showed adequate recovery. shows appreciable repeatability, high stability, reproducibility.

Quantification of ethanol in plasma by electrochemical detection with an unmodified screen printed carbon electrode.

Simple, rapid and accurate detection of ethanol concentration in blood is very crucial in the diagnosis and management of potential acute ethanol intoxication patients. A novel electrochemical detection method was developed for the quantification of ethanol in human plasma with disposable unmodified screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) without sample preparation procedure. Ethanol was detecte...

Screen Printed Carbon Electrode Based Electrochemical Immunosensor for the Detection of Dengue NS1 Antigen.

An electrochemical immunosensor modified with the streptavidin/biotin system on screen printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) for the detection of the dengue NS1 antigen was developed in this study. Monoclonal anti-NS1 capture antibody was immobilized on streptavidin-modified SPCEs to increase the sensitivity of the assay. Subsequently, a direct sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for...

Electrochemical Behavior and Determination of Chlorogenic Acid Based on Carbon Nanotubes Modified Screen-Printed Electrode

In this paper, carbon nanotubes modified screen-printed electrode (CNTs/SPE) was prepared and the CNTs/SPE was employed for the electrochemical determination of antioxidant substance Chlorogenic acids (CGAs). A pair of well-defined redox peak of CGA was observed at the CNTs/SPE in 0.10 mol∙L-1 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer (pH 6.2) and electrode process is adsorption-controlled. Cyclic volt...
